ijjcom Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules and Usage

01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the ijjcom platform, accessible at ijjcom.win. By registering an account, making a deposit or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

ijjcom provides an online entertainment platform offering sports betting, live casino, slot games and a VIP programme. The platform is operated for individual entertainment purposes and is intended exclusively for adult users. These Terms are the complete agreement between you and ijjcom for your use of the platform.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming guidelines, which form part of the overall agreement between you and ijjcom.

02 Eligibility

To register and use ijjcom, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. ijjcom is an adults-only platform. Registering on behalf of a minor or allowing a minor to use your account is a serious breach of these Terms.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity, bot or automated system) registering and using the account in your own name.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information. You must not use a false identity, another person's details or fictitious information at any stage.
• You must not already hold an existing account on ijjcom. Only one account per person is permitted at any time.
• You must use the platform only for personal entertainment and not for commercial purposes, systematic profit extraction or professional wagering operations.

ijjcom reserves the right to request proof of age, proof of identity and proof of payment method ownership at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation may result in access restrictions or account suspension while the review is pending.

03 Your Account

Each registered user is permitted to hold exactly one account on ijjcom. Opening or attempting to open more than one account — whether under the same name, a different name, a family member's name or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all related accounts being suspended.

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. This includes all bets placed, deposits made and withdrawals requested, regardless of whether the activity was carried out by you personally. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.

• Keep your password secure and do not write it down in an easily accessible location.
• Do not access your ijjcom account on shared or public devices without logging out completely afterwards.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact ijjcom support as soon as possible.
• All account details — including your registered name, contact information and payment method details — must remain accurate and up to date. Notify ijjcom promptly if any of your details change.

ijjcom will use the contact details on your account to communicate with you about your account, transactions and any important platform updates. It is your responsibility to ensure these details are current so that communications reach you.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All account balances on ijjcom are maintained in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). There is no currency conversion applied to your balance at any point. Deposits and withdrawals are processed in PKR only.

The following payment methods are supported for deposits and withdrawals:

• JazzCash – deposits reflect instantly in most cases
• Easypaisa – deposits reflect instantly in most cases
• Raast – processed via the State Bank of Pakistan's instant payment system
• Bank Transfer – processing time varies by bank, typically 1–2 business days
• Mobile Wallets and Cards – subject to availability and verification status

ijjcom does not accept deposits made from payment methods belonging to third parties. All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from unverified or mismatched sources may be returned and the account suspended pending review.

Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately within your account. Bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in the Bonuses section below and are not available for withdrawal until those requirements are met.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

ijjcom offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins and other promotional rewards. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published on the Promotions page at the time the offer is active.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it converts to withdrawable real money balance. The requirement for each offer is stated clearly in the promotion terms.
• Not all game types contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Sports bets, slot games and live casino may contribute at different rates — this is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are intended for one-time use per eligible player. Creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once is bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all balances and account suspension.
• ijjcom reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted into a promotion and are partway through its wagering requirements will be notified of any changes that affect their progress.

06 Sports Betting

The sports betting section of ijjcom covers cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, Test matches and bilateral series involving Pakistan), football, esports and a range of other major sports. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the platform:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the exact time of placement. Live (in-play) odds change continuously and the odds at the moment you confirm your bet are the odds that apply to that bet.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended except where a Cash Out option is explicitly available for that market and you choose to use it before the relevant event concludes.
• ijjcom reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was affected by a technical error, incorrect odds publication or data feed failure. Voided bets are returned to the account balance in full at the original stake amount.
• Bets placed on matches or events that are subsequently cancelled, abandoned or not completed within the timeframe specified in the relevant market rules will be treated according to the individual sport's settlement rules, which are available within the platform.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply to all markets. These limits are displayed within the bet placement interface and vary by sport, market type and account status.
• Systematic betting strategies designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, including matched betting using ijjcom funds and promotional offers, are prohibited.

Cricket-specific markets — including ball-by-ball in-play options during PSL and international T20 matches — are settled based on official match data from the relevant governing body. In the event of a discrepancy between the data feed and the official result, the official result of the governing body takes precedence.

07 Casino and Slot Games

The casino section of ijjcom includes live dealer tables and a library of slot game titles. All games are provided through third-party game providers. The random number generators and game mechanics used in slot games are governed by the respective provider's systems.

• Game results in slots and table games are determined by certified random number generation systems. ijjcom does not interfere with individual game outcomes.
• Technical faults or disconnections during a game session that prevent a round from completing will be resolved by the game provider's standard recovery protocol. In most cases the round is either completed or the stake is returned.
• Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are set by the game provider and are displayed within the game information section of each title where available.
• Live casino tables have minimum and maximum bet limits that vary by table and room. These limits are displayed clearly before you join a table.
• ijjcom reserves the right to remove game titles from the library or change available games at any time, subject to provider contracts and platform updates.

08 VIP Programme

The ijjcom VIP programme rewards regular players with tier-based benefits. Points are earned through real money wagering across sports betting, casino and slot games. The rate at which points are earned and the benefits available at each tier are described on the VIP page.

• VIP points are earned only on real money bets. Wagers placed using bonus funds do not earn VIP points until the relevant wagering requirement has been completed and the bonus has converted.
• Tier progression is automatic — you advance to the next tier as soon as you cross the required points threshold. There is no manual claim step required.
• VIP benefits, including enhanced withdrawal limits, dedicated support access and personalised offers, are available from the point of tier qualification.
• ijjcom reserves the right to modify the VIP tier structure, point earn rates and tier benefits at any time. Material changes will be communicated to affected VIP members in advance.
• Accounts found to be in breach of these Terms may have their VIP status and accumulated points removed as part of any remedial action taken by ijjcom.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ijjcom. Engaging in any of the items listed below will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balance and permanent ban, and may be referred for further investigation:

• Multi-accounting: Operating more than one account, whether personally or through a connected party, for any purpose including bonus farming or circumventing restrictions.
• Fraud and money laundering: Using the platform to process illegally obtained funds, conduct financial fraud or in any way that contravenes applicable financial laws.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, automated software or any artificial intelligence system to place bets, interact with the platform or gain an advantage not available to other players.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes for mutual financial gain.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting technical errors, incorrect odds or system glitches to place bets at an obvious advantage. Such bets will be voided and any winnings forfeited.
• Chargeback abuse: Filing a payment chargeback after completing a deposit and using the funds for betting or gaming activity.
• Threatening or abusive behaviour: Directing threats, abuse or harassment at ijjcom staff or other users through any communication channel.

10 Account Closure and Suspension

You may close your account at any time by contacting ijjcom support. Any real money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned via your registered withdrawal method, subject to standard verification and processing timelines.

ijjcom reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where:

• A breach of these Terms has been identified or is under investigation.
• The account holder has failed to complete requested identity verification within the stated timeframe.
• Unusual or suspicious activity has been detected on the account.
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted through the Responsible Gaming tools.

11 Limitation of Liability

ijjcom provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While every effort is made to ensure consistent availability, ijjcom does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults or circumstances beyond the platform's control may cause temporary unavailability.

• ijjcom is not liable for any financial loss, including loss of potential winnings, arising from platform downtime, technical errors or interrupted connectivity during a betting or gaming session.
• ijjcom is not liable for losses resulting from a player's failure to secure their account credentials or from sharing their account access with another person.
• Where a bet or game session is affected by a verified technical fault on ijjcom's side, the platform's standard void and recovery procedures apply, as described in the relevant section above.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12 Responsible Gaming

ijjcom is an entertainment platform. Betting and gaming carry an inherent risk of financial loss and are not a reliable way to generate income. The platform is designed to be used responsibly, within a budget you are comfortable with and for leisure purposes only.

• Always set a clear entertainment budget before depositing and treat that amount as your spending limit for the session or period.
• Do not chase losses — a losing session is a normal part of gambling and depositing more to recover losses in the same session typically makes the outcome worse.
• Set time limits for your sessions and respect them. Long sessions lead to less careful decision-making.

Your continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with a change, you should close your account before the change takes effect.
